Yes. There is an add-API form on APIs.io, and you can also just get in touch. Either way the profile is built by probing your public surface — fetching your documentation, looking for an OpenAPI, checking what you publish about plans, security, support and terms — and recording what comes back.
Two things make the resulting profile better, and both are in your control. First, publish the artifacts before you submit: a real OpenAPI at a stable URL, machine-readable plans, a change log, a status page. The profile reflects what is findable, so findability is the whole game. Second, publish an apis.yml or APIs.json on your own domain pointing at all of it — that turns the profile from something inferred about you into something you assert.
Listing does not cost anything and it is not a placement you buy. The catalog is built the same way for everyone, including for API Evangelist’s own properties, which are scored under the same rubric as everybody else.
If something is already listed and it is wrong, that is a correction rather than a submission — see the separate question on that.
